§ 48-2. Committee on Washington Hunt Fund.

There shall be a standing committee consisting of the Mayor and two Aldermen, to be known as the "Committee on Washington Hunt Fund." The Mayor shall be Chairman of said Committee and shall appoint the other two members annually at the same time and in the same manner as other standing committees are appointed. The duty of said Committee shall be to direct the distribution of the aforesaid fund among worthy indigent widows in the City of Lockport, according to the clear intent of the twelfth legacy of the will of Washington Hunt, deceased.
