§ 48-1. Washington Hunt Fund.

The fund now entered on the books of the City Treasurer of the City of Lockport as the Washington Hunt Widows' and Orphans' Fund shall hereafter be called the "Washington Hunt Fund for the Relief of Indigent Widows." All dividends arising from the 100 shares of the capital stock of the Lockport Hydraulic Company which were bequeathed to the City of Lockport by Washington Hunt and accepted by the Common Council of said City, October 16, 1882, shall be paid to the City Treasurer of said City and placed in said fund.
