§ 55-15. Payment of expenses of quarantine.

A.
The owner of any animal quarantined pursuant to § 55-13 above shall be required to pay all expenses charged by the veterinarian on the basis of regular rates for care and observation during the quarantine period.

B.
All expenses charged by the veterinarian for care and observation during the quarantine period of any animal whose ownership cannot be determined shall be paid by the City of Lockport.
