  • Permitted principal uses in the B-3 District shall be as follows:
    A. 
    Any use permitted in the B-2 District, except for multiple-family structures or a main building exceeding a maximum height of three stories.
    B. 
    Wholesale activities.
    C. 
    Warehousing and storage.
    D. 
    Essential services and electric substation.
    E. 
    Lumberyards and building supplies with indoor storage.
    F. 
    Bakeries.
    G. 
    Gasoline service stations.
    H. 
    New and used auto sales.
    I. 
    Auto repair garages.
    J. 
    Outdoor amusement areas.
