§ 190-45. Purpose.

The purpose of the B-3 District is:

A.
To delineate those areas appropriate for commercial and business uses which are either oriented to the highway user or intended as services to vehicles.

B.
To also delineate those areas wherever commercial uses of a product storage or product limited production and service nature may develop in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Lockport.
