§ 48-4. City as stockholder.

The Mayor of the City of Lockport shall represent the City as a stockholder at all the meetings of the stockholders of the Lockport Hydraulic Company and have all the rights and powers conferred by the charter of said company upon the City by virtue of its shares in the capital stock of said company.
