§ 42-7. Technical advisor; performance of engineering functions.

It is comprehended by this chapter that the Traffic Coordinator within the Police Department will serve as technical advisor to the Traffic Advisory Committee and that the Assistant City Engineer (Traffic) shall perform such traffic engineering functions as may otherwise be directed, under the guidance of such professional consultant as the Common Council shall provide.
