§ 190-43. Other permitted uses and restrictions.

Other permitted uses and restrictions in the B-2 District shall be as follows:

A.
Building height limit. The building height limit shall be 12 stories but not exceeding 120 feet; 120 feet and 12 stories are allowed by special permit only.

B.
Percentage of lot coverage. The percentage of lot coverage permitted is 100%.

C.
