§ 190-40. Permitted principal uses.

Permitted principal uses in the B-2 District shall be as follows:

A. 

Any use permitted in the B-1 District.

B. 

Retail stores and shops.

C. 

Banks and financial institutions.

D. 

Offices and studios.

E. 

Hotels and motels.

F. 

Restaurants, saloons, bars, cafes and other places serving food or beverages.

G. 

Theaters.

H. 

Private commercial schools.

I. 

Telegraph, telephone and express offices.

J. 

Public and semipublic buildings.

K. 

Baking, confectionery, dressmaking, laundry, printing, tailoring, upholstering and similar establishments and businesses of a similar and no more objectionable character. All goods or products manufactured or processed shall be sold at retail on the premises.

L. 

Multifamily structures.
