For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community, the City of Lockport is hereby divided into the following types of districts:

R-1	Single-Family Residential District
R-2	Two-Family Residential District
R-3	Multifamily Residential District
B-1	Neighborhood Business District
B-2	Central Business District
B-3	General Business District
B-4	Office Business District
B-5	Business District
I-1	Light Industrial — Research District
I-2	Light Industrial District
I-3	Heavy Industrial District
RA	Reserve Area
