§ 26-1. Time limit for approval.

As authorized by the provisions of the City Home Rule Law of the State of New York, it is hereby determined and established that subsequent to the effective date of this chapter, the public notice required for a public hearing before the Mayor prior to his approval or disapproval of a local law shall be four days.
